Mr. Chen clerked for the Hon. Robert D. Sack of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Mr. Chen graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School where he was a member and an Articles Editor of the Harvard Law Review. He recently served as a panelist for the Federal Bar Council's program, "An Insider's Perspective on Effective Briefwriting."
Mr. Chen received a bachelor's degree in physics from Harvard College in 2000.
